So, here we are. 6 weeks out and stuck by a virus. Sure, every competitionΒ  preparation is met by its own challenges, however – once in a while, it would be great to catch a break. Wouldn’t it?

Our wedding was in 30th of July, my birthday in 5th of August and my grandmother has died on the same day… my birthday… Life is full of events, some sad and poorly timed…

So between beads of sweat, used tissues and emotional stuggle… I am sat here wondering… How long until I start feeling great? And will there be enough time for me to prep for the finals and come in a conditioning I will be happy with?

Time will tell, hey?
