INGREDIENTS:

1⁄2 cup oatmeal
6 egg whites
1 + 1⁄4 cup water
1⁄2 cup butternut squash, roasted in oven and pureed

DIRECTIONS

– Cook 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 + 1/4 cup hot water & 6 egg whites.
– Place the roasted & pureed butternut squash into the oatmeal, cook at low heat.

***We like adding spices such as cinnamon, sweetener/stevia or honey & a small pinch of salt.
