Studies of obese men at the University Of Western Australia, have shown that food intake drops for 38 hours post High Intensity Training.

Following HIIT, subjects released less grehlin, a hormone that increases appetite which explains the drop in intake.

One may suggest HIIT for those struggling with with controlling their appetite.

More study is needed however.
