So? What are your goals for the year?

So here we are, 15th of January 2017 and completed the second week getting ready for BodyPower, UK.

+ 2 months have passed since our last competition with PCA and 14kg were gained in these 8 weeks. Scary how fast one can get out of shape, hey?

What will we prepare for BodyPower?

CATEGORY: ATHLETIC FIGURE
 HEIGHT: 158CM
WEIGHT: 67.8KG to start with. Today 15th Of January 63.6kg.

Diet I will follow over the next week:

Meal 1: egg whites, oats
Meal 2: cooked chicken breast, white rice, vegetables

 Meal 3: egg whites, white rice, vegetables
Meal 4: cooked chicken breast, potato, vegetables
Meal 5: cooked chicken breast, green salad
Meal 6: egg whites, vegetables

Supplements:
D3
Vitamin C + bioflavonoids
Multivitamins (Animal Pak)
Vitamin B Complex 100 Sustained Release

Other:
Water 5-6l per day
Salt to taste, herbs and spices
No sauces

Cardio: 30 minutes per day and weight training 5-6 times per week, training legs more often than anything else. Feedback was to improve that area.
