Our Chest exercises often include:
Machine Fly – 12-15 reps x 4 sets
DB Fly – 12-15 reps x 4 sets
Cable Fly – 12-15 reps x 4 sets
DB/BB or Machine Press – 12-15 reps x 4 sets
