How did you get started with bodybuilding? What were the defining moments that have guided you towards the bodybuilding lifestyle?

I started bodybuilding when I had lost a lot of weight and then thought…what now?!

Once I started lifting I became addicted, as the saying goes “once you start lifting you will be forever small”.

My goals are forever changing and with weight lifting you can always achieve more! Higher weights, more muscle, lower body fat and so on.

Where does your motivation and inspiration stem from?

My motivation comes from a few things, as far as people that inspire me I would have to say Yo from TEAM WILD and Dana Lynn Bailey aka DLB.

What workout routine has worked best for you?

My workout routine currently follows an 8 day rotation. 5 days of hard weights targeting a body part each day, on these days I do lighter cardio for 20mins (spin or jog). I do 2 hard cardio days with either sprint or hills followed by 1 rest day.

What is your favorite muscle group to train?

Favorite day for training I’d say is either back or legs.

What is your diet like?

My diet was designed by Team Wild after I realized I have no clue what I am doing with nutrition once I enlisted their help I say major results, losing over 20lbs. I eat 5 meals a day, not snacks but meals! Protein, carb, veg and occasional fats.

What is your supplementation like?

Supplements I take are:

Purple K, BCAA,Β glutamine, fish oil, B12, VitD, multi vitamins and ZMA.

Do you prefer to use HIIT or just normal cardio?

No comment. πŸ™‚ I HATE cardio. πŸ™‚

What are your future bodybuilding/fitness goals?

I don’t think right now I would compete however having the physic would be great!

What advice would you give to new beginners as well as well established competitors?

I would say as far as advise to hire someone to educate you with nutrition. And especially for ladies don’t be afraid of weights, this whole “you will look like a man” is nonsense! Muscle burns fat! Also trust the process, some build muscle quicker than others don’t give up and push yourself.
Thank you!
