Occluding muscle groups by restricting the blood flow to the muscle you’re working, forcing you to train in oxygen depleted environment?

 

Benefits Researchers have found that occluding blood to the muscles during low-intensity physical activity can produce an anabolic response equal to or perhaps greater than, moderate-intensity exercise.

 

Applications- Arms, legs, shoulders.
