We create your plan so it is personalized to you, your body shape, body fat levels and response to certain nutrients. We will, based on these important pieces of information, create a nutritional plan based on what we see as best fitting for you, individually.
What will you receive with the 4 weeks transformation package?
Every week for 4 weeks:
– Tailored Workout Plan + adjustments. You can train in a gym or from home.
– Tailored Cardio Schedule + adjustments. No insane amounts of cardio each day.
– Tailored Nutrition Plan + adjustments (bulking, cutting or maintenance), based on your likes and dislikes.
– Tailored Supplementation Recommendation Plan + adjustments.
Each Nutrition Plan is made especially for you, gram-for-gram with your age, weight, height, level of activity, goals, and your current condition taken into consideration.
The TEAM WILD Workout and Cardio Workouts are built to meet your goal (a new approach every week).
You receive unlimited access to our personal email to communicate with us whenever needed, with questions relating to getting in shape (please note; we are here to coach, not to teach or explain our coaching methods, chat or act as a life coach, psychologist, psychiatrist or counselor).
You’ll also receive the WILD Abs Workout and a Legs & Glutes Workout for FREE!
Inside you’ll find different routines designed to destroy your abs, legs and glutes like never before.
If you’re not sure how to perform an exercise, each exercise also has a video demonstrating the proper technique.
WEEKLY check-in with SPECIFIC criteria (you must follow this, not optional) to be sure you’re staying on track and accountable so you can get the best possible results and into the best shape of your life!!

How can you get started?
Order your plan via our online store or simply send a PayPal ***friends and family*** payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not make a ***friends & family*** payment, please make sure to cover the PayPal charges. Let us know your email address for our questionnaire to be sent to you!
Receive the confirmation email with the instructions. Fill out the TEAM WILD questionnaire linked in the instruction document.
Once we receive your questionnaire data and photos, please allow us 3-5 working / business day to to review your data and create your customized plan. If you need your TEAM WILD coaching plan completion date to be brought forward it will incur a rush fee of £25.
After your first check in our response time is usually 24 business hours.
If you wish to place your TEAM WILD coaching ‘on hold’ this can be done for a maximum of 3 months from your start date with TEAM WILD and your initial payment.
