1. Flexed muscles look HARD. When models relax we look more soft. Soft =not as defined.
We aren’t granite hard when walking around.  In fact, we rarely are.  This is when we are low body fat and also flexing muscle, HARD.Yo

2. Before photo shoots we put fake tan on to accentuate muscle definition.
A dark tan makes the muscle look more detailed, thicker and bigger.  Its an illusion!

3. Depending on the lighting the SAME body can look soft or BUFF.
At bodybuilding shows and indeed photoshoots, lighting is used to achieve beyond reality looking physiques.

fern4. Flexed muscles look BIGGER in pictures than no flex.
We’re not as big as we look in photos when very lean and muscle is flexed.  Put against a normal person, the illusion is often shattered!

5. Most fitness models deplete their water and carb up to get a fuller look before a shoot.
We don’t look that dry and detailed year round.  Its simply not possible.

6. To create amazing proportions we SUCK it in, stand in exaggerated poses and then look like it’s vickyeffortless. WE DON’T LOOK LIKE THAT YEAR ROUND, we have “NORMAL” bodies.
You’ll be surprised the difference a twist, suck and tuck does!

7. Regarding BUTT PICS: depending on the angle and pose we can make the waist look tiny and the butt BIG. This is DIFFERENT to all the butt implant ladies where the ass stands out 1 mile… That’s fake and if you think you’ll get that look doing squats… You’re mistaking yourself.
mattchestAgain, its a skilled photographer or bodybuilder posing to show off their best assets and look bigger and better than life.   If unflexed the glute is looking big and round, usually but not always, it will be an implant.   Nothing wrong with implants, just don’t think squatting and booty work will give you that big round look year round, its not going to happen!
