Ever since we started training the target questions have remained the same:

– what is our diet like?
– do we take performance enhancers?
– do we have implants?

Our answer is simple and has always been: if you wish to know how to bodybuild hire your own coach without the expectation one to reveal their competitive edge.

There is no miracle food when it comes to bodybuilding, we all eat the same foods, foods you must have seen this over and over again: the rice, chicken, oats, beef… it is all consistent across the sport.

Whether you consider performance enhancers cheating or not, here is how we see it:

Bodybuilding is about creating a super-human look. This is achieved by various methods and these methods have been subject of extensive discussions, no mystery, no secret.

Is it cheating? No.

By definition, cheating is the getting of reward for ability by dishonest means or finding an easy way out of an unpleasant situation. It is generally used for the breaking of rules to gain unfair advantage in a competitive situation.

Most bodybuilders do not compete in tested federations or have “natural” attached to their name tag. Not because bodybuilders have something to conceal or hide, but because it is one’s choice whether they wish to disclose or discuss it.

Cheating is not applicable to bodybuilding per se, as all results are obtained by obvious methods, unlike other sports that go through rigorous anti doping testing, some athletes undergoing extreme lengths that include full blood transfusions to conceal their use of performance enhancers.

Athletes often have their privacy trampled on in the name of public discourse, however have the right to privacy. So please do not feel it is your right to know what exactly happens with an athlete training, diet and supplement-wise – they have the right to NOT disclose what is part of their fitness regiment.

Not to mention that in various countries (USA for example)  the federal law and the law of most states performance enhancers are classified as controlled substances, illegal for use, possession or distribution without a licensed and viable medical purpose.

As per implants… We leave this for you to decide upon.

Our question is: have you always fully disclosed to the public or the world everything you do legal or otherwise, to family, friends, relatives, employer and work colleagues, places of work or via social media?
