Some times we are asked why we use Glycofuse (e.g. Cylic Dextrin)?

Our reasoning?

-It enables us to train harder for longer (we are noticeably weaker if we train for an extended period without it). It spikes glucose less, so sustains the release of energy.   This is backed up by research.

-It doesn’t bloat – for example at 269lb right now, I need a lot of carbs (consume 850g just from rice daily) and needing large amounts of carbs as I train to help power the workout I want something that doesn’t make me feel like a balloon when I use it.

– Most importantly used before and as we train, we get the GLUT4 response we want meaning optimal protein synthesis when combined with a fast digesting protein such as EAA or even peptopro.

Think about it, most people go for a fast protein afterwards, to enable enhanced protein synthesis post workout for best recovery. Why wait until this point? Having a fast protein and carb means your body undergoes protein synthesis whilst you train. The whole training event becomes less catabolic.
