Something we quickly wanted to highlight that not a lot of people realise.

Zero calorie cooking oils are NOT zero calorie.

It SAYS it is. But the time that spray is held is not representative of the calorie each spray in reality IS and indeed how much comes out. Each spray legally counted as a 1/3 second spray.

Look in the nutritional side of the spray. It has 900 calories per 100ml.

How can something with 800-900 calories give out a spray with ZERO calories?

Answer? It cannot. Its law that you can claim zero calories to a product if each serving is 4 or less calories.

The reality is, each spray will be around 3-4 calories and if you do that half a dozen times (I never see people spray once) you’ll be adding around 20 calories a time per meal.

Do that several times a day and the calories soon stack up and you’ll soon be over 100+ calories above your calorie goals.

Something to think about!
