Here at Team Wild we offer a personalized diet/coaching plans/service. As this takes a while, takes our time and effort away from out own personal time, and, as implied by the word “service” there is a cost involved and its not just a couple of pounds.
As with any personalised service, you usually pay for it in advance unless agreed otherwise. Please don’t message us 20 questions if you have no intention of taking the service on – it directs us away from people who are genuinely after some help.
Finally, asking us dozens of questions about diet, then training, then supplements, is not a way to get the advice on the free. Whilst we are happy to answer the odd question without problem, none stop questions all day, for days on end isn’t really fair on Team Wild or other clients who pay for our services.
