We have thought of covering the 100 days leading to the UKBFF British Finals. What do you think?
Diet has changed today (weight this morning 61.4kg) and we commenced the cutting process. We could do more regular blogs, short videos on what we eat, how much we sleep, train, what supplements we take, etc.
Would you be interested to see something like this? Any suggestions?
