As we’ve said many times before, you WILL get hungry when you diet, its part of the process.
As you diet in your pursuit of body fat loss, you will experience/have to deal with hunger. This is TOTALLY normal. Totally.
Leptin, a hormone that helps control the metabolism and is involved with hunger levels, falls when dieting and as one has lowering body fat levels.
Lower leptin levels also impair the workings of Cholecystokinin, also know as CCK.
CCK is a hormone that tellls your body it is getting full from a meal.
As you may see, the ramifications of falling body fats – and so lower leptin levels – impaired CCK function and the overall relationship here.
One must also consider ghrelin, another hormone. Ghrelin is a hormone is also know to stimulates your hunger. So by going back to leptin, you can see another relationship that forms here.
So as leptin levels Drop, ghrelin levels will so rise – meaning hunger signals!
Ignore those that suggest there is such thing as a fat-loss diet that gets you ripped without an eventual hunger issue at times. Thats just bulls***t!
Take home notes? Hunger – its gonna happen, accept this and manage it. It’s not gonna go away!
