Today we thought we should share with you my favorite high carb protein pancake. We tend to serve this in the morning or evening and find it not only filling but also nutritional.
Hereβs what you need (adjust ingredients per your nutritional requirement or preference):
- 2 scoops of your favorite whey (Protein Works is our favorite)
- 4 egg whites
- 36gr of oats
- Your favorite peanut butter or spread of choice
- Pure coconut oil to coat the base of your pan
Warm up your pan, add a small amount of pure coconut oil to coat the base of your pan, blend all ingredients in a mixer and pour in the heated pan β mix sufficient for approximately 2 pancakes.
Cook on both sides and add your favorite spread before serving.
Voila! Simple and takes minutes to make.
