We often get asked via our Social Media Platform how to count calories. That is an excellent question and an important aspect in both weight loss as well as weight gain.
To establish the score from the beginning – numbers we see displayed on the product labels we consume are approximated nutritional values and not a true representation of the actual content.
If that hasn’t put you off or confused you already, let’s get cracking: how to count your calories?
Our personal favorite is a website called My Fitness Pal. It has a calorie counter & a diet chart you can fill in each day to monitor your nutritional intake. Additionally, it has a barcode scanner so you can identify the average nutritional content on an item you are about to or have already consumed.
This can be accessed by both mobile phone and personal computer and their app is available to download free of charge.
Other means of counting calories is an app by the company Inventive Gadget, app called Calorie Counter. Simple and easy to use. You simply download it to your phone & follow the instructions prompted on your screen.
Modern technology has made our lifestyles more easily to manage and monitor, be it calorie counter, gym & training, nutritional intake, etc. You name it, whatever you want and need, there’s an app for it. A simple app search on your mobile handset will give a multitude of options to help your goals.
