To make Yo pancakes I combine 2 of my meals.

You will need:

– Toasted buckwheat groats
– Oats
– Egg whites
– Cottage cheese 0.02% fat
– Vanilla extract
– Stevia
– Salt
– Cinnamon
– Raw Cacao
– Coconut oil

Nonstick pan and a blender. I assume you have an oven grill. :0))

I place into the blender the egg whites + low fat cottage cheese + buckwheat groats (soaked in hot water over night) + oats + salt + cinnamon.

Whilst that is blending, I prepare my nonstick pan. Non stick always sticks, hey? So I coat it with a drop of coconut oil and wipe with a paper towel.

Place the mix into the pan and cook under the grill.

To make syrup I add: a drop of hot water + cinnamon + raw cacao + stevia.

Ready to serve.
