Apart from the scales going down one just needs think about their other victories when dieting, because the scales are usually not important:
-More energy.
-Increased mood.
-Fewer cravings.
-Better skin.
-Clothes fit better.
-Sleeping better.
-Improved endurance.
-Feel healthier.
-Personally noticing physical changes (i.e. one can see muscles growing, fat dropping etc.)
-Compliments from friends and family.
-Increased self confidence.
All those non scale victories should make you feel happier, because they are truly none scale victories!
