Sometimes we all have to walk away from the gym. Either – like in my case – post surgery recovery, either nursing an injury, a demanding family life or career, a significant life event, you name it.

But here is proof that even without training for 6-7 weeks (did light legs once few days ago) you can still stay in relative shape and not lose ALL your gains.

It does not happen over night. :0)
