Shocking! We sent a parcel to France via DPD and Monkey. It contained a camera which they robbed and returned an empty box to us!
They claim they tried to deliver on 8th September after collecting it on 3rd, it but the client who receives it has automated CCTV and no one had come to do with parcel.
They don’t let us know until 20th. Client tries to collect but gets told it is being returned to sender.
Roll on a month and is finally returned to us after Parcel Monkey charge us £17 to return the parcel.
Parcel arrives back today… Contents robbed.
