Inside you’ll find different routines designed to destroy your abs, legs and glutes like never before.

If you’re not sure how to perform an exercise, each exercise also has a video demonstrating the proper technique.

WEEKLY check-in with SPECIFIC criteria (you must follow this, not optional) to be sure you’re staying on track and accountable so you can get the best possible results and into the best shape of your life!!

Order your plan via our online store or simply send a PayPal ***friends and family*** payment to yoandmatt@gmail.com. If you do not make a ***friends & family*** payment, please make sure to cover the PayPal charges. Let us know your email address for our questionnaire to be sent to you!

Receive the confirmation email with the instructions. Fill out the TEAM WILD questionnaire linked in the instruction document.

Once we receive your questionnaire data and photos, please allow us 3-5 working  / business day to to review your data and create your customized plan. If you need your TEAM WILD coaching plan completion date to be brought forward it will incur a rush fee of £25.

After your first check in our response time is usually 24 business hours.

If you wish to place your TEAM WILD coaching ‘on hold’ this can be done for a maximum of 3 months from your start date with TEAM WILD and your initial payment.
