Cattle fed on corn have Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio of 15:2.
 
Cattle fed on grass have Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio of 3:2.
 
The difference is HUGE when you consider the anti inflammatory effects that Omega 3 has.

There is similar effects with chicken fed on feed (made mainly of corn) or seeds, which is the chickens intended food.
