We however base our opinion on science.
We always say its the diet that best fits you is the best one to do. And meta studies show this.
These 3 studies show that with thousands of dieters, and diet types, it was adherence and not the diet type that mattered most.
Both high fat/low carb and high carb/low fat were equally as successful, and also had a similar number of people who adhered to the diet.
