Wilie, how did you get started with fitness & bodybuilding? What were the defining moments that have guided you towards the fitness & bodybuilding lifestyle?
I started liftingΒ back in high school, in 2013 . That was when I made my first bar which was about 15kg and one flat bench.
I did not have even the slightest knowledge about fitness, all I could do is lay on my bench and lift.
No nothing on nutrition.
Where does your motivation and inspiration stem from? What keeps you going to push harder?
My motivation is when everyone around me appreciates me, despite the lack of enough equipment in my gym, generally at the end of it all I know I got success ahead of me.
With the little support that my family members give me, it makes me realize that this is where I belong and that my life depends on this sport.
You once told me ”we get what we work for”.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
Monday – Chest
Wednesday – Back & Legs
Thursday – Chest
Friday – Triceps & Shoulders
Saturday – Back & Bicep.
Sunday – Rest
What is your approach to nutrition?
My nutrition plan is a little bit poor but it has worked for me. On supplements side I have not been able to afford any, apart from the two eggs I take daily after my workout.
After every workout I take two eggs to nourish my body, since I can not afford supplements.
Thanks to Bodybuilding Transformations & TEAM WILD I am able to invest the little gains I have on in workouts.
Each and everyday that I wake up I know I am a hero. Gym is my life.
What advice and tips would you give to new beginners as well as well-established competitors?
My advice to the beginners is that EXCUSES KILL DREAMS.
For the competitors, in order to receive we must give. Dedication is the key to destination.
Thank you!Β
