We thought some of you may be interested to see Yo’s diet 6 weeks from the UKBFF Finals, 19th October 2013. It is liable to change based upon Yo’s condition and our requirements, but we’d like to share with you how she is going to prep, for the largest UK bodybuilding competition where she is fighting for the Body Fitness title of the UK.
With every savoury meal there IS 100g of broccoli, spinach or asparagus as vegetable. We also supplement with a vitamin which contains greens powder to further enhance vitamin and minerals in her diet.
All other supplements remain the same. They can be seen elsewhere on our site. They take her calories for the day to just over 1500 kcal (BCAA, EAA and Glutamine for example move the figures shown below up a little).
