So here we are, 7st of January 2017 and completed the first week getting ready for BodyPower, UK.

2 months have passed since our last competition with PCA and 14kg were gained in these 8 weeks. Scary how fast one can get out of shape, hey?

What will we prepare for BodyPower?

CATEGORY: ATHLETIC FIGURE
HEIGHT: 158CM
WEIGHT: 67.8KG to start with. Today the scale decided to run out of battery and therefore not know how much weight has been dropped during this time.

So? What are your goals for the year?

Diet I followed this week:

Meal 1: cooked chicken breast, egg whites, oats
Meal 2: cooked chicken breast, white rice, broccoli
Meal 3: egg whites, white rice, broccoli
Meal 4: cooked chicken breast, sweet potato, asparagus
Meal 5: cooked chicken breast, green salad
Meal 6: egg whites, asparagus

Diet I will follow over the next week:

Meal 1: egg whites, oats
Meal 2: cooked chicken breast, white rice, vegetables
Meal 3: egg whites, white rice, vegetables
Meal 4: cooked chicken breast, potato, vegetables
Meal 5: cooked chicken breast, green salad
Meal 6: egg whites, vegetables

 

Supplements:
D3
Vitamin C + bioflavonoids
Multivitamins (Animal Pak)
Vitamin B Complex 100 Sustained Release

Other:
Water 5-6l per day
Salt to taste, herbs and spices
No sauces

Cardio: 25 minutes per day and weight training 5-6 times per week, training legs more often than anything else. Feedback was to improve that area.
