Diet I will follow over the next week:
Meal 1: cooked chicken breast, egg whites, oats
Meal 2: cooked chicken breast, white rice, broccoli
Meal 3: egg whites, white rice, broccoli
Meal 4: cooked chicken breast, sweet potato, asparagus
Meal 5: cooked chicken breast, green salad
Meal 6: egg whites, asparagus
Vitamin C + bioflavonoids
Multivitamins (Animal Pak)
Vitamin B Complex 100 Sustained Release
Water 5-6l per day
Salt to taste, herbs and spices
Cardio: 20 minutes per day and weight training 5-6 times per week, training legs more often than anything else. Feedback was to improve that area.
