Stretching the hip flexors does not correct anterior pelvic tilt. In fact, stretching muscles doesn’t really correct anything. It can help (temporary), but does not fix.

So many videos out there of people demonstrating stretches for various conditions, yet their own posture is suspect, they obviously haven’t corrected their own injuries and don’t tell you that you have to do these stretches religiously, for the rest of your life or the problem will return.

I know that they mean well but don’t confuse relief with fix/correction.
