With only 7 weeks to go till the UKBFF Warrington Championship (05/05/2013) and 23 weeks till WBFF Worlds Las Vegas (23-24/08/2013), we have commenced a serious assault on Yo’s hams and glutes, to continue and improve Yo’s shape, area that is currently lagging the most.

In addition, we are now adhering to walking lunges on daily basis (4 to 6 sets) and air squats up to 300  in order to continue to lift and develop the area.

How often do you train your glutes and what workouts have you fond effective?
