After the UKBFF Championships Yo has commenced a bulking phase (diet devised by Matt) that will last up until approximately 7th of July. Her competition stage weight was 53kg, and today she stands at 58kg.

 

Her current bulking diet looks like this:

 

Waking: 15g tbsp ground linseeds or PB + 25g whey protein powder + 50g oats + 50g berries + water, 5x1000mg Omega 3 and 3x1000mg Primrose Oil

 

11.00am – 113g chicken breast & Raw salad/veg, 15g peanut butter

 

2.00pm – 113g chicken / fish, 4 rice cakes, 15g Peanut Butter

 

5.00pm  – 113g chicken breast, Raw salad or veg, 15g peanut butter

 

20 mins PRE Weights – Scoop SuperPump and 5g EAA

 

Intra workout – Scoop of flavored BCAA plus 5g plain BCAA, 15g Glutamine

 

Post workout – 25g of Whey Protein

 

45 mins or so after weights- 113g Beef / chicken / fish, 150g sweet potato potatoes, Loads of veg, 15g peanut butter

 

Bedtime – 113g chicken & veg or scoop of whey, both with 15g peanut butter

 

 

Protein 255g
Carbs 101g
Fats 62g
Calories 1827 excluding pre/intra workout products
