Happy New Year, beasts and beastettes!
How was our Christmas and New Year?
Ours here at Team-Wild.com was aww soooo fun. So much so that I got 5.8kg heavier since December 15th 2018 when we took 1st place in Figure in the IFBB show in the beautiful Iceland.
Now… this is me… 16 weeks out from our holiday in OluDeniz, Turkey – our favourite holiday spot in the world.
Over the next few days and weeks we will show you how we rectify the damage the holidays have incurred.
But what happened, you ask?
This is the result of light training only 3 times in 17 days, no cardio and eating like a normal human being around the holidays. A little bit of this and that, no binge or excess, sensible eating without a scale to measure intake.
Meal plan by team-wild.com: nutrition from this point will be natural wholesome foods, protein, carbs and fats: eggs and egg whites, whey protein, beans, greens, nuts and seeds, based on my food likes and dislikes, etc. and the odd thing I fancy (however, adjusting the meal plan to incorporate the food item).
