Not Drinking Enough Water

If we are honest, the vast majority of us don’t drink enough water during the day. The advantages of staying well hydrated are numerous. It plays a big role in clearing toxins from your body via your kidneys, ensures that your muscles and joints work better, increases your motivation and keeps your memory sharp. Try to get into the habit of carrying around a water bottle and filling it up on a regular basis. You can tell how well hydrated you are by your urine color, which should be a light yellow.

 

Eating Too Many Processed Foods

Another symptom of today’s relentlessly fast paced world is that we are eating more and more processed foods.
