Losing weight, you’re probably looking to cut back on the amount of food you eat. To pack on muscle, you need to consume more calories while exercising regularly. Don’t Just Head To The Gym
Do you want a body like Gina Carano or Dwayne Johnson? Joining a gym might not cut it. Instead, you should think about signing up for a professional training boot camp. At a boot camp you’ll have expert instructors pushing you to move forward and work harder. It will generate far more positive results than just heading to the gym once a week. You need to put more effort in than that and a boot camp could be the answer. Don’t worry, while you will be building muscle under intensive training, this is nothing like joining the army. It’s as much about fun as it is getting in shape.
The Right Exercise
Situps and pushups aren’t going to cut it if you want to back on the pounds. At least, not by themselves. When you’re completing situps, make sure you put weight on your torso. Start off with smaller weights and then slowly build up. This will increase the size of your stomach muscles, giving you the six pack you crave. You do need to be weightlifting if you want to increase the size of your muscles. But again, it’s important that you start off gradually. Lifting too much too fast could leave you with an injury that will stop you from exercising for a long time.
