In recent years Beta-Alanine has been hailed as the new wonder compound.

 

It is an amino acid that provides energy as one works out.

 

In a study of current literature by the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, they conclude that Beta-Alanine does indeed improve performance by increasing power output and delaying the effects of fatigue.
