A matter that recently came to light when we release our blog βDiet drinks assist in weight loss as study confirmsβ that there is a belief in some that sweeteners effect weight loss due to insulin release which in turn switches off lipolysis e.g. fat burning.
We thought we would revisit studies we have shown in the past so you can indeed see that none of the popular sweeteners effect insulin release.
In turn, unless via some unknown mechanism we may add, sweetners can therefore be said to not effect weight loss.
